    Responsibilities:

    • Read mechanical schematics and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting
    • Read mechanical and machinist blueprints, and precision measuring instruments, then document findings on appropriate paperwork
    • Perform mechanical and welding type duties on an as needed basis and meet all requirements such as welding specs, rigging, assembling cranes

This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction through expert installation, setup, and maintenance of our CNC machinery across the United States. The ideal candidate thrives on travel, enjoys hands-on problem-solving, and is confident working directly with customers in the field.


    Key Responsibilities

    Installation & Setup

    • Travel to customer sites (up to 70%) to perform machine installations, calibrations, and functional testing

    • Deliver on-site training to operators and shop personnel on equipment use, maintenance, and best practices

    Field Repairs & Maintenance

    • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues on CNC routers, plasma tables, channel letter machines, and related equipment

    • Conduct routine preventative maintenance and recommend upgrades or improvements

    • Maintain detailed service records and machine history

    Customer Interaction & Support

    • Serve as the on-site representative of our values and technical standards

    • Provide remote troubleshooting support as needed

    • Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams by relaying insights from field experiences

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in industrial equipment repair, ideally with CNC machinery

    • Strong mechanical and electrical skills; capable of reading wiring schematics and mechanical diagrams

    • Working knowledge of CNC-related software and network configurations (experience with G-code, Vectric V-Carve, EnRoute, Flexi, etc., is a plus)

    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the U.S.

    • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills

    • Ability to work independently in varied environments

    Preferred Experience

    • Field service experience in industries such as sign-making, woodworking, or metal fabrication

    • Familiarity with routers, plasma cutters, CO₂/fiber lasers, and channel letter machinery

    • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per year + DOE

    • Per diem and full reimbursement for travel-related expenses

  • HVAC GM/ License Holder

    Position: HVAC General Manager / License Holder
    Location: Northwest Dallas–Fort Worth, TX Area
    Compensation: $100,000–$130,000 base salary + Bonus + Equity Opportunity

    Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced HVAC General Manager who also holds a valid Texas HVAC Contractor’s License (Class B) to lead operations for a new franchise location in the NW Dallas–Fort Worth area. This is an exciting, long-term opportunity to help grow a locally owned business backed by a nationally recognized brand.

    In this leadership role, you will oversee the entire business unit—driving profitability, operational efficiency, team performance, and customer satisfaction.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the business unit, including oversight of all financial and operational performance (P&L responsibility).

    • Develop and execute business plans focused on growth, revenue generation, and market expansion.

    • Actively participate in business development and local networking to build a client base.

    • Create accurate forecasts related to sales, market mix, and profitability.

    • Stay informed on regulatory changes, market trends, and local competition.

    • Manage budgets, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reports.

    • Oversee pricing structures, labor rates, and vendor negotiations.

    • Monitor service performance metrics such as call volume, daily sales, and technician productivity.

    • Ensure job permitting, warranties, and field inspections are completed accurately and efficiently.

    • Collaborate with other franchise GMs during scheduled calls and meetings.

    • Recruit, train, develop, and manage operations staff including technicians and administrative personnel.


    Skills & Qualifications:

    • 5–7 years of progressive experience in the HVAC industry

    • 3–5 years of leadership or management experience

    • Strong understanding of P&L, job costing, and business operations

    • Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth goals

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


    Licensing & Certifications:

    • Texas HVAC Contractor’s License – Class B (Required)

    • EPA Certification (Required)
