Job Title: Access control/Alarm Tech
Job Summary: responsible for the installation, service, maintenance, and repair of access control/CCTV/Alarm systems. This role requires strong electrical troubleshooting skills to ensure the safety and security of buildings and facilities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Knowledge of cloud and server based systems
• 2+ years of experience in electronic security installation, service, or repair
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Experience Required:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience installing, servicing, or repairing electronic Security systems
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage control systems
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and safety inspections
• Prior field service experience, including customer interaction and job documentation
• Experience using service management or dispatch software preferred
• Manufacturer or industry certifications preferred
