Air Duct Cleaning Technician
(Upselling Skills a Plus)

Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
Salary: $6,000–$15,000/month (100% commission-based + weekly bonuses)

Join a dynamic team as an Air Duct Technician in Dallas/Fort Worth. Perform residential air duct, dryer vent, services while driving sales through upselling additional solutions. Deliver exceptional service with professionalism and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning,  inspections/repairs per SOPs.

• Educate homeowners on services and upsell solutions (e.g., UV lights, sanitation, chimney caps).

• Complete job documentation, including photos and CRM updates (e.g., Workiz).

• Maintain clean, organized work areas and company van; perform daily equipment checks.

• Deliver professional customer service and meet sales benchmarks.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of air duct cleaning or insulation experience (preferred, not required).

• Mechanically inclined with power tool proficiency.

• Strong communication, customer service, and detail-oriented skills.

• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

• Physically able to work in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders.

• Available for full-time work, including Saturdays.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
