Key Responsibilities

Execute air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning per SOPs/safety standards.

Communicate service details, educate on issues, and upsell add-ons (UV lights, sanitation, chimney caps).

Document jobs with photos/notes in CRM (e.g., Workiz); ensure accurate invoices.

Maintain stocked van, perform equipment checks, and drive professionally.
Qualifications

HS Diploma/GED; 1+ year in HVAC/air duct/insulation preferred (training provided).

Mechanically inclined with power tool proficiency; strong communication/customer service.

Detail-oriented, coachable, and independent; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Valid driver’s license/clean record; available full-time including Saturdays.

Physically able: Attics, crawlspaces, ladders; lift 50+ lbs.
