About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor to join a growing company serving homeowners throughout Westchester County. This opportunity is ideal for a proven HVAC sales professional who knows how to build trust, identify customer needs, and recommend the right heating and cooling solutions. You will receive company-provided leads but must also be comfortable generating new opportunities through networking, referrals, and community relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Run company-provided residential HVAC sales leads

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, community outreach, and relationship building

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their comfort needs

• Recommend HVAC replacements, upgrades, and indoor air quality solutions

• Prepare accurate proposals and clearly explain available options

• Follow up with customers and guide them through the sales process

• Coordinate with installation and operations teams

• Maintain accurate lead, proposal, and sales records

• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor

• Proven track record of producing at least $1 million in annual HVAC sales

• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and replacement options

• Ability to close company-provided leads while generating new opportunities

• Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-only role

• Professional appearance and customer-focused approach

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Experience using CRM or field-service software is preferred
