Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise Service Department Personnel
- Communicate with customers cheerfully and knowledgeably
- Manage the materials, equipment, tools, and vehicles assigned to the Service Department
- Hiring and terminating Service
- Ensure the profitable operation of the Service Department
- Assure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws, health standards, safety standards, ordinances, and company policies
- Assure the accurate and timely completion of all Service estimates and work
- Assure the accurate and timely completion of all Servicemen’s time sheets
- Working closely with the Service Salesman regarding increasing Service sales and gain new business
Requirements:
- 5 + years’ experience in Commercial / Industrial HVAC Service Industry
- P/L experience
- Strong management skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience with billing
- Ability to help field technicians if needed
