Hiring for Dispatcher/ Customer Service Representative

Pay: $35k-$40k + Bonuses
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; college or technical coursework a plus

2+ years of dispatching experience (plumbing, HVAC, electrical preferred)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with dispatching software ServiceTitan

Familiarity with plumbing terminology and job types is highly preferred

Positive attitude, team player, and commitment to customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate plumbing technicians for service calls, installations, and emergencies

Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address service requests

Prioritize and assign jobs based on technician availability, skill level, and location

Monitor job progress and update schedules as needed throughout the day

Maintain detailed and accurate records in dispatching and service management software

Provide clear work orders, job details, and customer expectations to technicians

Act as a liaison between technicians and customers to resolve scheduling issues

Track parts, job status, and time entries to ensure smooth workflow and billing accuracy

Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, follow-up calls, and warranty coordination

Ensure excellent customer service by addressing concerns and following up on completed jobs
