Compensation: 65,000-85,000 BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Commercial Pool Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of commercial pool construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in pool building, job site management, subcontractor coordination, and a focus on safety, quality, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day field operations on commercial pool construction sites
Manage crews and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specs, schedules, and safety standards
Coordinate scheduling of equipment, materials, and labor
Conduct daily site walkthroughs to monitor quality, progress, and compliance with plans
Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients
Ensure all work meets or exceeds code, safety regulations, and company standards
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to site conditions, plans, or personnel
Maintain daily job reports, photos, and documentation
Oversee excavation, plumbing, steel, gunite/shotcrete, waterproofing, tile, coping, and deck phases
Ensure accurate interpretation of blueprints and construction documents
Lead safety meetings and enforce safety policies on-site
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial pool construction supervision
Deep knowledge of all phases of pool construction, materials, and trade coordination
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Proficient in project documentation and reporting
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Working Conditions:
Outdoor job sites, year-round, in varying weather conditions
Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, lifting materials, and operating machinery
