Position Overview:
We are seeking an Experienced Custom Pool Sales Consultant with a strong background in new pool construction, pool remodel sales, and design consultation. This role is commission-based, ideal for a motivated individual with a proven sales record and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. Current sales consultants are earning $75-250K so your compensation depends on your effort and success!

Key Responsibilities:
- Sell custom in-ground pools and remodel projects to residential & commercial clients
- Consult with clients on-site to understand their needs, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences
- Develop and present high-quality designs and proposals that reflect luxury and innovation
- Work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure a seamless handoff and project execution
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients through every phase of the process
- Drive leads, follow up promptly, and close sales with professionalism and consistency

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in custom pool sales, including both new construction and remodels
- Strong knowledge of pool design, materials, and construction processes
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-ticket, commission-driven environment
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to white-glove customer service
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic pipeline of leads
- Proficiency with pool design software (e.g., Pool Studio) is a plus
