Your Day-to-Day:
�� Perform HVAC service, installation, and inspections with the precision of a detective on a mission.
�� Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, ensuring top performance and efficiency.
�� Install residential HVAC systems with the craftsmanship of a seasoned pro.
�� Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, fees, and parts used.
�� Ensure you have all necessary materials and tools before heading out to a job site.
�� Provide exceptional customer service, making every homeowner feel confident in your expertise.
What You Bring to the Table:
✔ Experience: 3+ years in HVAC service and installation and 2+ years of team management experience.
✔ Customer Service: A natural ability to make customers feel at ease and well taken care of.
✔ Attention to Detail: You take pride in getting the job done right the first time.
✔ Bilingual Skills: The ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is a plus!
