Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Facility Solutions and Capital Project Consultant to join our team in Wilmington, NC. This permanent position involves developing customer relationships, driving business development, and closing deals with a focus on selling preventative maintenance packages for commercial HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities
– Close sales deals and achieve sales targets
– Sell preventative maintenance packages for commercial HVAC systems
– Communicate effectively with clients and team members
– Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
– Utilize MS Office and CRM systems for sales and project management
– Apply knowledge of commercial HVAC, mechanical systems, and energy conservation to provide tailored solutions
– Market Analysis
– No supervisory responsibility
– Must be able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
– 2+ years of sales experience
– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and energy conservation
– Proven ability to develop customer relationships and close deals
– Experience in business development and team selling
– Must be able to pass drug screen and background checks
