Job Description:
We are seeking Five Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Technicians to join our team in/and in vicinity to Evansville, IN. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of fiber optics and telecommunication systems, as well as general knowledge in basic circuitry and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:
– Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic networks from the central office to customer premises.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fiber optics and telecommunications.
– Test and inspect fiber optic systems and connections to ensure optimal performance.
– Use power tools and hand tools to complete installations and repairs.
– Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and inspections.
Qualifications:
– Basic understanding of fiber optics and telecommunication systems.
– Basic proficiency in basic circuitry and the use of power tools.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay Ranges:
– Salary $17-$25/hr
– Spiffs, bonuses wage increases with knowledge of job
– Veteran Employment Benefits available, up to $550-$700 per week

Education and Experience:
– High school diploma or equivalent;
– Technical certification in telecommunications or a related field is preferred.
– Previous experience as an FTTH Technician or in a similar role is a plus.
