Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Process accounts payable and receivable
Manage payroll processing and related tax filings
Prepare and file sales tax, business tax, and other local/state compliance reports
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Manage cash flow and budgeting processes
Support external CPA with year-end closing and audits
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Handle confidential financial information with discretion
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP preferred)
Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
Strong Excel skills and comfort with spreadsheets
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
CPA or bookkeeping certification a plus
