Role: Seeking a skilled Hot Side Technician to maintain and repair commercial kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and fix ovens, fryers, steamers, grills, etc.

• Perform preventive maintenance

• Ensure safety and code compliance

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in commercial HVAC

• Knowledge of gas, electric, steam equipment

• Read schematics and manuals

• Valid driver’s license

• Active EPA Certification

• OSHA 10 preferred

• Flexible for on-call shifts
