Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HVAC Dispatcher to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling HVAC service calls, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities: – Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs. – Maintain daily schedules and ensure all service calls are completed in a timely manner. – Communicate with customers to provide updates on service appointments and address any concerns. – Monitor technician progress and provide support as needed to ensure efficient service. – Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and technician activities. – Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering necessary parts and supplies. – Collaborate with team members to improve overall service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications: – Previous experience as an HVAC Dispatcher or in a similar role. – Strong organizational and multitasking skills. – Excellent communication and customer service skills. – Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant computer applications. – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations. – Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is preferred. – High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
