Compensation: $95,000 – $125,000 + Bonuses & Profit Sharing

- Hands-On Leadership: Work alongside technicians in the field initially, ensuring quality service and building rapport with the team.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily business functions, optimizing efficiency and service delivery.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets, pricing, and cost controls to ensure profitability and growth.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor technicians, sales staff, and office personnel to build a high-performing team.
- Sales & Customer Experience: Drive customer satisfaction, monitor dispatching, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, permits, and safety protocols.
- Business Growth: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand the company’s market presence.
- State of Texas HVAC License (required)
- 10+ years of experience in residential HVAC service operations
- 5+ years in a leadership or management role
- Strong P&L management and business oversight experience
- Background in sales strategy, forecasting, and operational cost analysis
- Ability to build and develop high-performing teams
- Knowledge of business regulations, employment laws, and safety standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM software
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
