Operations Manager – HVAC
We are a leading HVAC service provider seeking an experienced Operations Manager to optimize daily operations and drive efficiency.
Salary: $90K–$110K + Bonuses & Incentives
Office & field-based role with local travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement best practices to meet budgeted gross margins.
- Oversee expenditures, inventory, fleet, and vendor agreements.
- Ensure safety, compliance, licensing, and permitting requirements.
- Manage and develop service staff, including hiring and training.
- Optimize scheduling for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct job site evaluations and oversee dispatch operations.
- Handle client conflict resolution and collaborate with HR on workforce planning.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in HVAC management, technical, or sales roles.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC products, installation, and service.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license required.
Education & Certifications:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED, EPA Certification.
- Preferred: NATE Certification
