�� Key Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC construction projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery
- Maintain financial oversight including job costing, labor tracking, invoice review, and monthly billing
- Lead and support foremen and field teams
- Serve as primary liaison with clients, engineers, architects, and contractors
- Oversee project documentation, schedules, change orders, daily logs, and workflows
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
✅ Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as an HVAC or Mechanical Project Manager (or similar role)
- Strong financial and job cost management skills
- Proven leadership experience managing field teams and foremen
- Experience with Procore or similar construction project management software preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
