HVAC/Boiler Service Technician (Residential)
Location: Newfoundland, NJ
Salary: $30-$40 Hourly/profit sharing/Christmas Bonus/Yearly Performance raise

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating (boilers, furnaces) and cooling systems (AC, heat pumps)
- Perform seasonal tune-ups, installations, and emergency service calls
- Provide clear explanations and recommendations to homeowners
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC/Boiler experience (residential focus preferred)
- EPA 608 certification (Universal or Type II minimum)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills on gas boilers, oil boilers, forced air systems, and modern high-efficiency equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work on-call rotation for emergencies
