Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoots customer HVAC issues and recommends appropriate corrective action.
- Educates the customer on the identified problem, required resolution, and preventative maintenance.
- Collaborates with the Service Manager and other team members.
- Utilize provided software along with tablet, and smartphone to track job information, and communicate with customers.
- Ensures required safety precautions are implemented prior to starting work; tags equipment out of service as needed.
- Maintains equipment, tools, and service vehicle.
- Completes digital time and materials tickets.
- Documents repairs before and after work is performed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience performing residential and or commercial HVAC service calls.
- EPA certification is preferred.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and prioritize HVAC issues.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Commitment to the Company’s Safety and Quality standards.
- Proficient in use of job site technology (e.g.- tablets, laptops, phone apps, etc.)
