We’re hiring a full-time HVAC Instructor in Brockton, MA to help train the next generation of HVAC professionals.

No teaching experience? That’s okay.
We’re looking for your real-world HVAC experience — we’ll provide the paid instructor training, tools, and support to help you become a successful instructor.

What You’ll Do

• Teach students HVAC concepts through classroom and hands-on instruction

• Demonstrate residential and commercial HVAC procedures, equipment, tools, and best practices

• Share your real-world experience and help students understand what working in the field is really like

• Coach and mentor students as they develop their technical skills

• Help prepare graduates to successfully enter the HVAC industry

• Receive ongoing training and support as you transition from technician to instructor

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC field experience

• Current Massachusetts Oil Burner Certificate

• Residential and commercial HVAC knowledge

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Someone who enjoys helping, training, mentoring, or explaining technical concepts to others

• Ability to complete required background checks and state approval requirements

Previous teaching or instructor experience is NOT required.

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000–$75,000 annually

• $2,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days

Schedule Options

Day Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 6:45 AM–3:15 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Evening Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
