INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY TECHNICIAN
Chesapeake, VA
$26–$30/hr + Loaded Benefits
Heavy Equipment • Diesel • Hydraulics • Industrial Repair
Not Your Average Mechanic Job
We’re not working on commuter cars and oil changes over here.
We’re the crew keeping the big stuff running: refuse trucks, sewer jetters, hydro-excavators, street sweepers, roll-offs, and the equipment that keeps cities moving every single day. If it’s loud, dirty, hydraulic, diesel-powered, or covered in grease, there’s a good chance we work on it.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in fixing things the right way, works hard without needing someone constantly looking over their shoulder, and wants to be part of a solid team that gets after it together.
No corporate nonsense. No drama. Just good people, strong paychecks, and real equipment.
What You’ll Get
- $26–$30/hr based on experience
- Full Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance
- 401(k) with company match
- PTO and Paid Holidays
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Home every night with no road work
- Stable company with long-term opportunity
- Shop support and equipment that makes your job easier
The flag hours and paychecks are real.

This is hands-on work for someone who likes solving problems, figuring things out, and turning wrenches on equipment that actually matters.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of mechanic or technician experience
- Experience with diesel, hydraulics, electrical, or heavy equipment
- Own hand tools (we provide the larger shop equipment)

- Someone who keeps a clean, safe, organized work area
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to jump in where needed
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Takes pride in doing quality work without cutting corners
The Kind of Person Who Fits Here
You’re probably someone who:
- Likes staying busy and figuring things out
- Doesn’t wait around to be told what to do next
- Shows up, works hard, and keeps things moving
- Works well with a crew but can also handle things independently
- Leaves the excuses and ego at the door
- Wants a long-term place where your work is respected
Bottom Line
We work on serious equipment with a solid crew, and we’re looking for mechanics who want to build something long-term, not bounce shop to shop every year.
If you’re looking for a place where you can make good money, work on badass equipment, and be around people who actually pull their weight, let’s talk.
