Key Responsibilities

Manage insulation operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on projects.

Lead, train, and coach technicians via ride-alongs, reviews, and skill development.

Conduct in-home sales consultations, upsell insulation/add-on services to hit revenue targets.

Develop training on techniques, safety (OSHA), and customer engagement.

Track metrics (close rates, upsells), inspect installations, and optimize workflows.

Stay ahead of insulation trends to drive innovation and compliance.
Qualifications

Required: 3+ years of direct insulation sales experience in residential settings (essential); 2+ years in leadership/supervisory roles in home services/construction.

Proven sales track record in in-home consultations and upselling.

Strong knowledge of insulation materials (fiberglass, spray foam, cellulose) and installation.

Familiarity with OSHA/safety protocols and CRM software (e.g., Workiz).

Excellent communication and team-building skills.

Valid driver’s license with clean record; flexible for evenings/weekends.

Preferred: CSIA certification or HVAC trade experience.
Physical Requirements
