ELEV8 Demolition is actively seeking Demolition Foreman to lead Interior Demolition crews on commercial projects throughout the Jacksonville area. This role is ideal for a skilled trades leader who thrives in fast-paced job sites, understands interior demolition workflows, and is ready to take ownership of project execution, crew leadership, and field coordination.
This position requires a strong hands-on approach — you’ll be actively working on-site, mentoring your crew, and ensuring the work gets done safely, professionally, and on time. You’ll also be the face of ELEV8 to the client’s on-site superintendent and construction team.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise interior demolition projects from start to finish
Manage and lead crews of laborers and equipment operators
Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations
Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and plans
Coordinate equipment and material deliveries
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
Complete daily reports, timecards, and safety documentation
Identify and resolve issues on site to minimize delays
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in demolition, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of interior demolition processes, tools, and equipment
Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong commitment to safety and OSHA compliance
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Comfortable working in dusty, noisy, and sometimes confined environments
Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and other elevated surfaces
