Journeyman Plumber
Residential & Commercial | Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team. In this role, you will work on a variety of residential and commercial plumbing projects, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective, code-compliant solutions
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan plumbing systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with all plumbing codes and safety standards
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
- Stay current with industry trends and new technologies
Qualifications
- Active Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent certification
- Proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to perform the physical demands of the role
- Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in an on-call rotation
