Job Title: Year-Round Landscaping and Snow Crew Member
Location: Eden Prairie (Twin Cities Metro Area)
Compensation: $20 to $30 an hour.

Core Responsibilities:
- You will perform winter maintenance tasks including shoveling snow and plowing.
- You will transition to full landscaping operations during the spring and summer months.
- You will work alongside our existing field team to ensure all client properties are maintained to high standards year-round.
Candidate Qualifications:
- You must have prior experience working in landscaping.
- You must be prepared and willing to handle winter weather conditions for snow removal operations.
