Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC equipment in accordance with company policies and manufacturer specifications
- Wire both low and line voltage to cooling and heating systems
- Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and soldering
- Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
- Measure and determine the correct materials needed for each job
- Receive, confirm, and load materials and equipment into the company vehicle
- Accurately complete all job-related paperwork
- Perform machine readings and understand their implications
- Maintain cleanliness of the assigned company vehicle
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA certification is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
- Honest, dependable, and self-motivated
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to distinguish between various HVAC equipment
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and demeanor
