Job Title: Lead Mitigation Technician
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Job Type: Permanent Full time 7:30-5pm with on call hours and overtime pay
Compensation: $40,000-50,000 annually based on exp.
Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage mitigation and restoration projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
– Conduct water, fire, mold, and other disaster-related assessments and provide solutions.
– Maintain and operate equipment for mitigation tasks such as water extraction, drying, and demolition.
– Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
– Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and maintaining open communication.
– Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation for each project.
Qualifications:
– IICRC certification in Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, or related fields.
– Proven experience in mitigation and restoration.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Reliable with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to work in a team and lead by example.
