Gatsby Glass of Centennial, CO is hiring a Lead Sales Representative to drive revenue and grow our footprint in the custom glass and glazing market. We install frameless shower doors, custom mirrors, glass railings, partitions, and more—serving both residential and commercial clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate and close leads for custom glass and hardware projects
- Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and designers
- Manage sales appointments, quotes, and follow-ups using CRM software
- Conduct on-site consultations and provide design recommendations
- Track sales goals and pipeline performance
- Represent Gatsby Glass with professionalism, quality, and care
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of sales experience (B2B, B2C, or construction/home services preferred)
- High School diploma or GED (Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is a plus)
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to exceed goals
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
