Locksmith Technician – Field Service
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth
Schedule: Monday–Friday + rotating on-call
Pay: $28–$41/hour (average $60,000–$85,000+ annually with bonuses and overtime)

The Opportunity
We’re hiring a skilled Field Locksmith Technician to perform residential, commercial, and automotive work across DFW. You’ll operate your own service vehicle, tackle diverse challenges, and be the face of a respected, long-standing local brand.
What You’ll Do

Install, repair, rekey, and maintain locks and security hardware.

Serve a wide range of residential, commercial, and automotive clients.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical and keying issues efficiently.

Maintain your vehicle, inventory, and job documentation.

Deliver exceptional service and uphold our 5-star reputation.

Participate in a paid, rotating after-hours schedule.
What You Bring
-
2+ years of locksmith experience (residential, commercial, or auto).

Valid Texas Locksmith License and driver’s license with a clean record.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.

Must pass background and driving checks.
Bonus Points For:

Experience with access control or electronic/keyless entry systems.

Advanced locksmith certifications or factory training.

Familiarity with safe work, key machines, or electronic hardware.
Compensation & Benefits
