Job Title: Residential Master Plumber
Location: Ramsey, MN
We are looking to add a Residential Master Plumber to our stellar team.
$150K-$170K/Annually + BONUSES!

Responsibilities:
- Expert knowledge of Minnesota Plumbing Code and local amendments
- Ability to design, install, repair, and inspect complex plumbing systems
- Water distribution systems/Drain, waste, and vent systems/Gas piping systems
- Water heaters, boilers, and hydronic systems
- Ability to supervise journeyman and apprentice plumbers
- Train and mentor apprentices in code-compliant practices
- Assign work, review workmanship, and enforce safety standards
- Ability to pull plumbing permits in Minnesota
- Coordinate and communicate with inspectors and local authorities
- Ensure all work meets state, local, and OSHA safety requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation, inspections, and project records
Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota Master Plumber License (required)
- License must be in good standing with MN Department of Labor & Industry
- Ability to act as the responsible licensed plumber for the company
- Minimum 7 years of plumbing experience total
- Willingness to maintain required continuing education to keep license current
- Available to work full-time, including occasional overtime or emergency service calls
