Northwest Territory Manager Company: Reports to the NW Regional Manager

We are the experts that professional HVAC contractors rely on to address their clients indoor air quality needs. Our air cleaners are designed to support proper air flow, while achieving excellent sub-micron particle control and high intensity UVC/UVV systems to deactivate viruses and bacteria, while reducing odors and gases. Our brand of high-efficiency Indoor Air Quality products solves a variety of IAQ problems which are common in homes today. Our indoor air cleaning products are safe, reliable, and affordable and they address the cause rather than the symptoms, using a whole-house indoor air cleaning strategy.
ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE: This position is responsible for managing all sales and sales-related activities within the assigned region and for achieving agreed upon sales targets. Activities shall include, but are not limited to, product demonstrations and training, training and presentations to owners, general managers, technicians, developing sales tools and project solutions.
- Cold calling on contractors in the region
- Calling upon warm leads developed through our affiliate programs
- Developing relationships with owners, GM’s, service and sales managers, front office staff, and warehouse managers
- Helping contractors develop a growth plan around IAQ
- Be proficient in technical and communication training
- Tracking all activities
- Attending trade shows
- Presenting at trade shows and regional meetings held for affiliate groups
- Develop new training presentations
- Ride-a-longs with technicians
- Be present for Discovery Calls
- Great communication and follow-through skills
- Run contests and promotions
- Be knowledgeable about product technologies and competitive products
- Professionally groomed and dressed
- Persistent follow-up: texting, calling, and emailing
- On-line training
- Serve as a Territory Manager in a region covering: WA, OR, ID, MT
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- We are seeking a self-confident, self-starting, resourceful, assertive, and persuasive individual.
- A relationship builder, someone who can build loyalty with owners, general managers, service managers, technicians.
- Ability to demonstrate influencing sales skills and possess the drive and discipline to accomplish goals on a weekly basis.
- Must have PASSION! IAQ, it’s all we do! Our expert IAQ trainers share this passion for the industry and partner with their accounts to train their team with excitement and enthusiasm.
- Must be COACHABLE! Our team is always learning with ongoing technical and communication training. Share the KNOWLEDGE of sales and marketing tools of IAQ and our training website with your territory accounts.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but you may qualify based on a strong desire to be the BEST! You will be training your accounts on how & when to present IAQ on every call!
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license.
- Must be credit worthy to handle monthly expenses on their credit card prior to monthly reimbursement.
- Must be willing to handle and plan for an extensive travel schedule.
- Must live in or agree to move to the NW Territory.
