Responsibilities

  • Office Operations Management:
    Oversee daily office functions, keep schedules running smoothly, and ensure the workspace is organized and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

  • Expense Oversight:
    Track office expenditures, manage budgets, and assist in maintaining financial records.

  • Event Planning:
    Organize and execute team meetings, office events, and other gatherings to build team cohesion and a positive workplace atmosphere.

  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure the company adheres to local, state, and federal regulations, particularly in Florida and Texas, by maintaining accurate documentation and procedures.

  • HR Administrative Support:
    Assist with onboarding, maintain employee records, and provide support for HR processes as needed.

  • Executive Support:
    Provide assistance to the CEO with tasks such as scheduling, research, and project coordination to maximize their efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage office operations, budgets, and schedules effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience planning events or coordinating meetings is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential tasks and information with discretion.
