Leadership Role
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Division Leader to oversee and grow our commercial and industrial plumbing division. This is a business unit leadership position with full responsibility for operations, financial performance, team development, and client relationships. The ideal candidate is a strong field-grounded leader who understands job costing, productivity, and margin management — and can build high-performing teams while delivering predictable financial results.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all operations of the plumbing division, including project managers, estimators, and field teams
- Own divisional financial performance including revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA
- Oversee WIP reporting, forecasting, and manpower allocation
- Maintain strong GC and owner relationships to drive repeat business
- Protect margins through disciplined pricing and change order management
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met on every project
- Recruit, mentor, and develop future leaders within the division
- Collaborate with other company divisions to support integrated project delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Journeyman or Master Plumber preferred
- 7+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience (Foreman, PM, or Division Leader)
- Strong understanding of job costing, WIP, and construction financials
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to safety, accountability, and high performance standards
