Job Description:
We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Pool Installation/Cleaning Technician with expertise in fiberglass pool installation and service. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
– Install fiberglass pool shells with precision and care.
– Perform site layout and excavation using skid steers, excavators, and compactors.
– Install and level pool coping to ensure proper aesthetics and function.
– Set up pool filtration and pump systems, ensuring efficient operation.
– Connect and seal fittings and jets to guarantee leak-free performance.
– Conduct vinyl or tile trim installation for a polished finish.
– Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance services.
– Provide hot tub service and maintenance as needed.
– Service Hayward pool equipment and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Requirements:
– Minimum of three years documented experience in pool installation and service.
– Clean driving record.
– Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions.
– Experience operating skid steers, excavators, and compactors.
– Familiarity with Hayward pool equipment is a plus.
