Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join our Mitigation and Restoration team in Jacksonville, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Compensation: $42,000-52,000 depending on industry experience
WORK HOURS: 8-5pm IN OFFICE
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and communication among other employees.
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients and team members.
– Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
– Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create documents and manage spreadsheets.
– Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
– Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless workflow and efficient project execution.
– Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles.
– Knowledge of the Mitigation and Restoration Industry is a plus!
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
– Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
– Reliable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
