Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our team at our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition and possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter with experience in the HVAC industry. We are a leading provider of air duct cleaning and related services in Dallas, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing operations. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company, including HVAC technicians, project managers, and sales professionals.

  • Job Posting and Advertising: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, social media, and our company website, targeting candidates with HVAC experience.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including social media, professional networks, and industry-specific job fairs to identify potential candidates with HVAC backgrounds.

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience and assessing their technical skills and industry knowledge.

  • Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidate qualifications and fit for roles, providing recommendations to hiring managers based on industry-specific requirements.

  • Onboarding Process: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and providing necessary training on company procedures and industry standards.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and source of hire.

Requirements

  • Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the HVAC industry or a related field.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices, particularly in the HVAC industry.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS systems).

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

    • Familiarity with HVAC industry terminology and job requirements.
