We are a well-established residential HVAC company in the Phoenix Valley seeking an experienced Comfort Advisor to conduct in-home evaluations and close high-value systems from warm, pre-qualified leads. This role offers exceptional earning potential and strong support in a team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed in-home HVAC inspections to identify comfort, efficiency, and air quality opportunities.
- Present customized solutions with flexible financing options to overcome objections and secure commitments.
- Manage your pipeline and consistently hit production goals from warm leads.
- Coordinate smoothly with installation teams for seamless customer experiences.
- Deliver outstanding service and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Proven residential HVAC in-home sales experience with a strong closing record.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record.
Compensation & Benefits
