Key Duties:
- Oversee all home service operations
- Lead, manage, and develop service teams to improve efficiency, performance, and profitability.
- Optimize business operations using Service Titan, ensuring seamless scheduling, dispatching, job costing, and reporting.
- Implement and improve organizational structures to support scalable growth.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service and responsiveness.
- Develop KPIs and track performance metrics to measure team effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Work closely with leadership to strategize and implement business growth initiatives.
- Take ownership of projects and execute initiatives with a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Proven leadership experience in home services, preferably in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
- Expertise with Service Titan
- Strong organizational skills with experience in business structure management and team building.
- Ability to work independently and drive results without constant oversight.
- Experience managing multi-state operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
