Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the installation of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
- Interpret and implement installation plans and blueprints accurately.
- Ensure all installations comply with local codes and safety standards.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and in company vehicles.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC installation.
- EPA Certification required; NATE Certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
