Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of residential HVAC systems.
- Diagnose HVAC system issues and provide solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with safety and efficiency standards.
- Offer expert advice and recommendations to clients on HVAC system upgrades and replacements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide sales presentations to homeowners, highlighting the benefits of new HVAC systems and services.
- Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, installations, and sales transactions.
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician, preferably in a residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Sales experience and the ability to convert leads into sales.-
