Location: Wilmington, NC (Must live within 70 miles)
Pay: $20 – $35 / hour

Key Responsibilities
- Service and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and installations
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Follow safety and compliance standards
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Communicate clearly with customers and leadership
Qualifications & Requirements
Must Have:
- EPA 608 Universal Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Clean background check (20+ years / all states)
- Pass drug screening
- Strong character and professionalism
- Ability to work independently
- Live within 70 miles of Wilmington, NC
Preferred (Not Required):
- NATE Certification
- Residential service experience
- HVAC troubleshooting experience
