You’ll be meeting face-to-face with contractors, owners, and decision-makers, helping them solve real hiring challenges while building a strong book of business. If you have a hunter mentality, enjoy winning new clients, and want your effort to directly impact your income, this role delivers.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, prospect, and close new business within the skilled trades industry
- Build trusted relationships with business owners and leadership teams
- Own the full sales cycle – from first conversation to signed partnership
- Travel locally and as needed to develop and support client relationships
- Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success
