About the Role
We’re hiring a driven, high-energy Sales Executive to help grow our skilled trades recruiting firm. This is not a desk job—you’ll be in the field building relationships, winning new clients, and helping trades businesses scale through smart hiring solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new business in the skilled trades industry
- Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
- Travel as needed to win and support clients (local + select out-of-market)
- Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure client success
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (skilled trades or related industries preferred)
- Strong tenure in previous roles (we value consistency and performance)
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- National mindset (not limited to local thinking)
- Positive attitude and a great sense of humor—culture matters here
Compensation & Perks
