Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our kitchen and bath remodeling sales team in the Atlanta area. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales management, an understanding of remodeling and design trends, and familiarity with Atlanta’s market.
Qualifications
- Required Experience:
- 5+ years in sales management within remodeling, construction, or design industries
- $10M+ in annual sales managed over at least two years
- Preferred Experience:
- Expertise in kitchen, bath, or in-home sales
- Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of remodeling processes, materials, and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, 2020 Design)
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Familiarity with Atlanta’s key neighborhoods and clientele

Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Set and monitor team goals, providing regular feedback and coaching
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Atlanta market
Client Relationship Management
- Build lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and designers
- Offer expert guidance on remodeling options to ensure exceptional client experiences
- Address client concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction
Market Strategy & Analysis
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on local design preferences and material trends
Sales Operations
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure seamless transitions to project teams
- Utilize CRM tools to track performance metrics and client interactions
- Work with local suppliers and vendors for competitive pricing and materials availability
Location
- Based out of the Canton, GA office
- Attend in-person senior team meetings and daily huddles
- Lead weekly sales team meetings and coaching sessions
