Pay Range: $38.00 to $45.00 hourly + Sales Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose complex HVAC issues and perform preventative maintenance.
- Present solutions directly to the homeowner and confidently discuss pricing.
- Utilize smartphones, tablets, and mobile field service software effectively.
- Guide and teach less experienced team members on best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
- Current Connecticut S2 License and EPA Universal Certification.
- Completion of an HVAC Trade School program.
- Comfortable asking for reviews and offering membership plans.
