- Source and recruit top talent for trade industries across the USA
- Build strong relationships with recruits and clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Collaborate as a team player to achieve recruitment goals
- Maintain integrity and do the right thing for our recruits and clients
- Contribute to a positive, productive, and growth-oriented work environment
Qualifications:
- People Person: Comfortable engaging with diverse individuals
- Experience in the trade industry (preferred)
- Sales and marketing experience
- Previous recruiting experience (a plus, but not required)
- Exceptional customer service and rapport-building skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
