Residential HVAC Service Technician
Location: East Dayton, OH
Compensation: $35 to $45/hour DOE + Commission and Performance Bonuses

We are looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join a growing team in the East Dayton area. This opportunity offers competitive pay, performance incentives, a company vehicle, tools, and continued training.
What Youll Do
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, airflow, and refrigerant issues
Explain system concerns and repair options clearly to homeowners
Recommend repairs, maintenance plans, and system upgrades based on customer needs
Complete service calls safely and efficiently
Maintain accurate service records and vehicle inventory
Provide a professional customer experience on every call
What Were Looking For
5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills
Experience communicating directly with homeowners
EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
Dependable, professional, and customer-focused
