Responsibilities:
– Assess and evaluate water and fire damage to properties.
– Implement effective mitigation strategies to prevent further damage.
– Conduct thorough cleaning and restoration of affected areas.
– Operate and maintain specialized equipment used in water extraction and drying processes.
– Perform structural and content cleaning, deodorization, and sanitation.
– Document work performed, including photographs and written reports.
– Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively with clients.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in water and fire mitigation.
– Proficiency in cleaning and restoration techniques.
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
