As a Territory Manager, you’ll:

Oversee and support water heater and plumbing installation teams

Hire, train, and mentor staff

Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and safety

Maintain relationships with business partners and expand market presence

Step in for installations as needed
What You Bring

NC Plumbing License (required)

Leadership or supervisory experience

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to travel across NC, SC & VA

Valid driver’s license, clean background, and able to lift 50+ lbs

Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service
